4.5 Account Currency. All phppg Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, failing which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phppg Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
9.3 Session Time Reminders. phppg provides session time reminders that alert Players when they have been playing for a specified period. Players are encouraged to set session reminders to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion directly from their phppg Account dashboard. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers will be accepted. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

Any unauthorised use of phppg intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Platform Availability. phppg endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phppg's reasonable control. phppg shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
11.2 Gambling Losses. phppg is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players on the Platform. All gambling involves risk, and Players participate at their own risk. phppg does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager.

11.4 Maximum Liability. 11.5 Consequential Loss. phppg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phppg Platform, even if phppg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.1 Suspension by phppg. phppg reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phppg has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; the Player is under investigation; or suspension is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Permanent Closure by phppg. phppg may permanently close a Player's Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where the Player is found to be ineligible, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to phppg. Upon permanent closure for breach, phppg reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account.
12.3 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their phppg Account at any time by contacting phppg customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to identity verification.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phppg will notify the Player via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. 15.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
